MEMORANDUM OPINION

Mark Steven Clark was convicted of theft of property having a value of at least $1500 but less than $20,000. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 31.03 (Vernon Supp. 2004). Punishment was assessed at 180 days confinement in a state jail facility. Based on the trial court's findings of fact, we concluded appellant abandoned this appeal. We ordered the appeal submitted without the reporter's record and briefs. Absent briefs, no points of error are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
