Judgment and order reversed and new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event upon the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence. McLennan, P.J., Kruse and Robson, JJ., concurred; Williams, J., voted for reversal on the ground that the damages are excessive; Spring, J., voted for affirmance.
