Plaintiffs having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered February 2, 2021, and having moved to consolidate the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension to perfect the appeals is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is extended to October 22, 2021, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate plaintiffs' appeals is dismissed as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f] [2]).
