La'Shaun Clark, as mother and natural guardian of Z.F. and Z.C., infants, and La'Shaun Clark, Individually, Plaintiffs-Appellants, v. New York City Housing Authority, Defendant-Respondent.


Plaintiffs-appellants having moved for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about May 14, 2019, for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that said motion is denied. Plaintiff's time to perfect the appeal is, sua sponte, extended to the April 2020 Term.
