JUDGMENT


It is ORDERED that Defendants' motion for summary judgment (Docs. 14, 25) be and is hereby GRANTED and that Plaintiff have and take nothing from Defendants Willie E. Johnson, Jesse Warner, Curtis Crook, Billy H. Dorriety and James Corbitt. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's action be and is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.

ORDER

After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issue raised, and there having been no objections filed, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court. It is ORDERED that Defendants Willie E. Johnson, Jesse Warner, Curtis Crook, Billy H. Dorriety and James Corbitt, motion for summary judgment (Docs. 14, 25) be and is hereby GRANTED and that Plaintiff have and take nothing from Defendants. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs action be and is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice
