ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge.

This case was continued from the Court's November 2020, New York, New York, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On September 20, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report in which they indicated that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. The parties request 30 days from the due date of this report to allow them to file a stipulated decision document with the Court. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 20, 2021, the parties shall file stipulated decision documents with the Court.
