On April 12, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called from the calendar of the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana, trial session, on May 6, 2024. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. At calendar call, respondent informed the Court of new contact information for petitioner and read it into the record. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 12, 2024, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 5, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint status report reflecting the-then present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
