This case is currently set for trial at the Court's May 6, 2024, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session. On April 12, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before the call of this case from the calendar, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 12, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 12, 2024, is set for hearing at the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana trial session at 10:00 am on May 6, 2024, in Room 212, 2nd Floor, U.S. Custom House, 423 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130.
