This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Las Vegas, Nevada Trial Session set to commence on September 26, 2022.

On August 10, 2022, petitioner filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Petitioner informed the Court that the parties are actively working towards a basis of settlement, and this case is currently assigned to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals. Petitioner also informed the Court that respondent has no objection to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed August 10, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's September 26, 2022, Las Vegas, Nevada calendar, continued and restored to the general docket.
