BY ORDER OF THE COURT.
This proceeding is dismissed as seeking review of a nonappealable nonfinal order. To the extent that the petitioner seeks review by certiorari, the proceeding is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Parkway Bank v. Fort Myers Armature Works, Inc., 658 So.2d 646, 648–49 (Fla. 2d DCA 1995).
