Order denying defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground that plaintiff had not resided in the State of New York for one year prior to the commencement of this action affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. We think this question should be decided upon the trial of the action. No opinion. Kelly, P.J., Jaycox, Manning, Young and Lazansky, JJ., concur.
