CLARK RAYMOND & COMPANY PLLC, D. EDSON CLARK, CPA, PLLC, TAX MATTERS PARTNER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge.

On June 30, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion (Doc. 56) for leave to file a first amended computation, with which it should have "lodged" the computation. Instead, the Commissioner filed the computation (Doc. 55) and, presumably perceiving the error, later lodged the same document (Doc. 57), which has subsequently been filed (as Doc. 62) pursuant to our order (Doc. 61) granting the motion for leave. As a result, the first-filed computation (Doc. 55) is therefore improper and duplicative. It is therefore

ORDERED that Doc. 55 is stricken from the docket record of this case.
