Claridge House LLC v. East 17th St. Props., Inc., Renal Research Ins, et al


It is ordered that landlord's motion is granted to the extent of marking off calendar the appeals from the orders dated December 20, 2012. Either party, if so advised, may move on notice to restore the appeals upon completion of the traverse hearing directed by Civil Court in its order of February 20, 2013.

This Court's March 8, 2013 order is hereby recalled and vacated.
