ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge

This case is for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence at Columbia, South Carolina on September 6, 2022.

On August 10, 2022, respondent filed a status report and advised that the parties are continuing to work towards reaching a basis for settlement. The report further states that respondent requires additional time to confirm the terms of settlement between the parties and to file a proposed stipulated decision document.

Upon due consideration of respondent's status report and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2022, the parties shall electronically file a proposed stipulated decision or a status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case.
