Order denying motion by defendants to dismiss the amended complaint upon the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to appellants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Close, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Lewis and Aldrich, JJ., concur.
