C.J.D., Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. E.G.R., Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

C.J.D. has appealed the “Second Order Modifying Order Modifying Final Judgment of Determination of Paternity,” which was rendered November 28, 2011. However, he has not argued that he was aggrieved by the order or that the order is erroneous. He essentially seeks both declaratory relief and an advisory opinion from this court. This court has neither the jurisdiction to grant declaratory relief nor the authority to issue an advisory opinion in this case. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.

ALTENBERND, CASANUEVA, and KHOUZAM, JJ., Concur.
