ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken by the notice of appeal dated November 11, 2020 is granted, without costs, the dismissal of said appeal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by the notice of appeal dated November 11, 2020 is granted, without costs, and said appeal and the appeal taken by the notice of appeal dated November 4, 2020 are deemed timely perfected.
