On December 5, 2017, appellants moved to dismiss this appeal. Included within the motion was a request to transfer the appellate record in this appeal to appellate cause number 05-17-01295-CV, of the same style. That appeal was dismissed December 8, 2017. Accordingly, we DENY as moot the request to transfer the record.
