Action to foreclose municipal tax liens on certain of the defendants' real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, where the court, Hickey, J., granted the named defendant's motion for judgment of foreclosure by sale and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Mottolese, J., granted the named defendant's motion to open the judgment; subsequently, the court, Lewis, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for foreclosure by sale and appointed a committee to conduct the sale; thereafter, the court, Lewis, J., granted the committee's motion for approval of the sale and overruled the objection filed by the defendant Giannoula Vasilakos, and the defendant Giannoula Vasilakos appealed to this court. Affirmed.
