This Amended Decision is being filed to correct the error in the original Decision filed on February 22, 2017. On page 4, four lines from the bottom, the second sentence should read as follows:

"The proper remedy is to initiate Step One as prescribed by the CBAs."

The remaining contents of the Decision filed on February 22, 2017 remain the same.
