Disposition: The parties' joint motion to stay the proceedings on the motion for rehearing and remand this case to the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission is granted. This matter is remanded to the Commission for thirty days for consideration of the parties' settlement agreement. If nothing further pertaining to the settlement and remand is filed in this Court within thirty days, the stay shall be lifted.
