Appeal from City Court of Shreveport; David B. Samuel, Judge.

R.L. Brown was convicted of possessing intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes, in violation of an ordinance of the city of Shreveport, and he appeals. Affirmed.

C.B. Prothro, of Shreveport, for appellee.


The defendant appeals from a conviction and sentence for possessing intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes, to wit, 31 gallons of corn whisky.

The record contains neither bill of exception nor assignment of error, nor shows any error patent on the face thereof.

The verdict and sentence are therefore affirmed.
