ORDER
Pursuant to section 51.014(d) of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and Rule 28.3 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, the City of San Antonio's petition for permission to appeal from the trial court's interlocutory amended order signed on February 16, 2016 is GRANTED. TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 51.014(d), (f); TEX. R. APP. P. 28.3. A notice of appeal is deemed to have been filed on the date of this order and the appeal will proceed as an accelerated appeal. TEX. R. APP. P. 28.3(k). The appellate record having been filed, the appellant's brief is due twenty (20) days from the date of this order. The clerk of this court is instructed to file a copy of this order with the District Clerk of Bexar County, Texas. See id.
