The defendant, City of Miami Beach, appeals a final summary judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff. We reverse upon a finding that genuine issues of material fact remain regarding the number of discolored coins or bags of discolored coins which were offered to be bid upon.

Reversed and remanded.
