ORDER

The City of Mason, Texas's opening brief is due on May 30, 2018. Before the due date, the City filed an unopposed motion for a thirty-day extension of time to file the opening brief. The City's motion is GRANTED. The City's opening brief is due on June 29, 2018.

The consolidated briefing schedule will be adjusted based on the date the City files its opening brief.
