The named defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 139 Conn.App. 277, 55 A.3d 787, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the plaintiff, as the most recent assignee and current holder of the defendant's note, could not be held liable to repay the defendant for sums he overpaid on the note?”
