The motion for reconsideration is DENIED.
The June 2, 2023 order appealed from does not constitute a final order under MCR 7.202(6)(a) because the claims against appellant remain pending for appellate purposes. There is no record that a default judgment or order of dismissal have been entered against appellant, and the trial court's order denying the motion to set aside default does not change the nonfinal status of the claims against appellant.
