Opinion

Decided November 9, 1934.

Motion for an appeal from the Boyd Circuit Court.

Suit by plaintiff against defendant to recover damages to property caused by overflow of alleged inadequate city sewer. There was verdict and judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $250, to reverse which the city has moved for an appeal.
