Order Per Curiam
The case is before the Court on a joint motion to abate appeal. The parties jointly assert a quo warranto proceeding is pending in Cause No. A-19-0368-CV-C, in the 343rd Judicial District of Aransas County, Texas, and neither wish to pursue this appeal while the quo warranto proceeding is being prosecuted. The Court, having examined and fully considered the motion, is of the opinion that said motion should be GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this appeal be ABATED.
Appellant is further ORDERED to provide a status of the quo warranto proceedings by letter or motion on or before April 23, 2021.
