On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the January 30, 2014 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted. We direct the Court of Appeals' attention to the fact that the related and consolidated cases of Citizens Bank v Black (Docket No. 318981) and Black v Citizens Bank (Docket No. 318982) are currently pending in the Court of Appeals.
