ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Federation Employment and Guidance Services, Inc., on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 28, 2010, and June 29, 2011, respectively, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal from the order dated June 29, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicant's time to perfect its appeal is enlarged until November 22, 2011, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
