RODOLFO CISNERO, JR., Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appelle

DISMISS; Opinion Filed May 18, 2012.

On Appeal from the 401st Judicial District Court

Collin County, Texas

Trial Court Cause No. 401-80249-08

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Morris, Moseley, and Myers

Opinion By Justice Moseley

Rodolfo Cisnero, Jr. was convicted of two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child that were alleged in one indictment. Punishment was assessed at twenty years' imprisonment for each count. We adopted a finding that appellant no longer desires to pursue the appeal and ordered the appeal submitted without the reporter's record and briefs. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c), 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgments.
