ORDER


Before the Court is an Agreed Motion to Stay this Cause. After considering the Motion, the Court finds it is meritorious and should be granted. It is therefore ORDERED that

All proceedings in this matter be Stayed for a period of six (6) months, commencing on the date of entry of this Order by the Court. All dates in the Court's May 16, 2003 Docket Control Order (as later modified) shall be vacated.

At the end of the Stay period, the Parties shall notify the Court and schedule a status conference. The Parties shall seek an additional Stay if circumstances so warrant or a return to Court for any other necessary relief.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
