This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on September 25, 2023, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. On September 5, 2023, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on May 4, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and a request for computations was submitted.
