The judgment and the present decision of the medical malpractice tribunal in favor of the defendant are vacated. Said decision is replaced by a new decision to the effect that the plaintiffs' offer of proof as to the defendant is sufficient to raise a legitimate question of liability appropriate for judicial inquiry.
