Appeals having been taken to this Court by defendants from the orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 6, 2017 and April 19, 2017, And defendants-appellants having moved for an order vacating a preliminary injunction issued in Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 6, 2017, or, in the alternative, to modify said injunction to require plaintiff to post a bond, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied.
