MEMORANDUM OPINION


This Court issued its opinion and judgment in this case on February 12, 2004. On March 12, 2004, appellant and appellees filed a joint motion notifying the Court that "[t]he Parties have reached a full and final settlement of all issues raised in this case" and requesting that, pursuant to Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A) and 43.2(e) we vacate the trial court's judgment and dismiss the case. The parties have also agreed that we discharge the sureties on the supersedeas bonds and assess all costs incurred in this appeal against appellant. We GRANT the motion, withdraw our prior judgment, vacate the trial court's judgment, and dismiss the case.
