On July 29, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2024, petitioner Lindsey M. Cibula shall show cause in writing why the Court should not grant respondent's above-referenced Motion and enter a Decision in this case reflecting that there is a deficiency in income tax due from petitioner for the 2021 tax year in the amount of $81.00.
