[ PROPOSED ] ORDER GRANTING EX PARTE MOTION TO FILE CONFIDENTIAL PORTIONS OF DOCUMENTS RE PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY ADJUDICATION OF COUNTERCLAIM FOR INTENTIONAL CAUSATION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS


Good cause appearing, the Court orders that Plaintiff's Ex Parte Motion to File Confidential Portions of Documents re Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Adjudication of Counterclaim for Intentional Causation of Emotional Distress is GRANTED, and that the whole of the following documents are to be filed under seal:

1. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Adjudication of Counterclaim for Intentional Causation of Emotional Distress;
2. Joint Statement of Undisputed Material Facts re Counterdefendant David Churchill's Motion for Summary Adjudication; and
3. Declaration of Richard M. Rogers in Support of Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Adjudication of Counterclaim for Intentional Causation of Emotional Distress.
