Bill De Blasio, as Mayor of the City of New York, The City of New York and Harrison Realty LLC, Respondents-Defendants-Respondents.


Petitioners-plaintiffs-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 21, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion, deemed to include a request to vacate the dismissal of appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), is granted, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect same is enlarged to the October 2019 Term.
