JORDAN M. CHURCH, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the remote Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 4, 2023.

Pursuant to Tax Court Rule 34(b)(8), a full copy of the Notice of Deficiency or Notice of Liability should be filed with the petition. Upon review of the Court's records, it appears that a full and complete copy of the Notice(s) of Deficiency/Determination on which this case is based is not yet part of the record.

In addition, on August 17, 2022, docket entry 8, petitioner filed with the Court a First Amended Petition. Because the First Amended Petition contains identifying information regarding the taxpayer/taxpayer's family members in this case, the Court will seal that document.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall seal from the Court's public record petitioner's First Amended Petition, filed August 17, 2022, docket entry 8. The Court shall retain this document in a sealed file that shall not be opened for inspection by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by Order of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2023, respondent shall file with the Court: (1) an Amendment to Answer and attach thereto a full and complete copy of the Notice on which this case is based; and (2) a Status Report as to the then-present status of this case.
