March 23, 1972.

Motion for leave to file a petition for writ of certiorari granted, the writ to issue forthwith. Parties are directed to orally argue and brief, in addition to the merits of the cause, the question of whether review of decisions of District Court judges made under Rule 60 (b) Dist. R. Civ. P. should be by way of appeal to the Superior Court pursuant to G.L. 1956 (1969 Reenactment) § 9-12-10, as amended, or to Supreme Court by way of common-law certiorari.
