Order directing plaintiff to pay defendant the costs of the stenographic minutes, the cost of printing the case on appeal and seventy-five dollars as counsel fee affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Young, Kapper, Hagarty, Carswell and Davis, JJ., concur.
