SO ORDERED

The Stipulation and Order of Dismissal (Stipulation) (Dkt. No. 96) is denied. The parties did not file a motion seeking the Court's approval of the Stipulation and the parties have not provided notice of the Stipulation as required by Fed. R. Bankr. Pro. 2002(a). Further, the parties have failed to provide either the terms of the Stipulation or good cause as to why it should be kept confidential. Finally, the Stipulation does not contain a certification of consent as required by Admin. Order 03-02.
