ORDER

Appellee has filed a motion to remand for new trial, stating, without confessing error or conceding any of appellant's arguments have merit, that she joins in the prayer for relief contained in appellant's brief. She further states she waives her right to file a response to appellant's brief. We DENY the motion. The appeal is at issue and will be submitted in due course on appellant's brief.
