ORDER


Counsel for plaintiff and for defendants Montgomery Sterling, Inc., Arrington Assets, Ltd., Vito Napoletano and Ernie Cappone having appeared before the Court, defendants Strano and Saylor not having been served, and defendant Gold having failed to appear despite notice, it is hereby ORDER, as follows:

1. Plaintiff's motion for interlocutory relief is adjourned until February 5, 2002 at 9 a.m.

2. The order of attachment/temporary restraining order shall remain in effect through the hearing of the motion.
