This case was calendared for trial during the Court's September 20, 2021, Kansas City, Missouri, remote trial session. By Order served September 20, 2021, the case was stricken from the September 20, 2021, remote trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On November 19, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 38) informing the Court that respondent has prepared stipulated decision documents for transmission to petitioner and execution by the parties. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 13, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
