EVGUENI CHTYKOV, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Boston, Massachusetts trial session, scheduled to begin March 25, 2024.

On January 18, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion for entry of decision requesting that the Court enter a decision in this case after his full concession for tax year 2018. The Commissioner detailed in his motion the difficulties in obtaining the views of petitioner Evgueni Chytkov presented by the war in Ukraine. We will nonetheless provide time for Mr. Chytkov to file an objection, if any, to this motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 4, 2024, Mr. Chytkov shall file an objection, if any, to the Commissioner's motion for entry of decision. If Mr. Chytkov does not file an objection, the Court may grant the motion.
