On April 27, 2016, this court issued its opinion and judgment in this appeal. On May 12, 2016, appellant Melissa Hernandez timely filed (1) a motion for a fourteen-day extension of time to file a motion for rehearing and (2) a motion for a fourteen-day extension of time to file a motion for en banc reconsideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 49.1, 49.7, 49.8.
Appellant's motions for extension of time are GRANTED. Appellant's motions for rehearing and en banc reconsideration are due to be filed with this court by May 26, 2016.
