MOTION DECISION

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered May 26, 2021, and an application having been made for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq., 2103 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (6) (A), and

It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Children submit his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before January 3, 2022, and the Clerk is directed to accept said brief for filing.
